- Kitchen, living and dining area are open to each other, and to an ocean terrace with magnificent, front row views of Banderas Bay.
- There are three bedrooms, each with a full bath, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, the third one, a set of twin beds which can easily be pushed together if desired. The main bedroom terrace also opens to the ocean.
- Quiet space for reading can be found in the loft den, which has an additional full-sized bed.
- The top level of Casa Bella features the penthouse's private rooftop terrace, with its own plunge pool. Comfortably furnished with a chaise lounges, umbrella chairs and patio tables, this is an ideal spot to bask in the sunshine or take in spectacular views of the town and ocean.
