Casa Carmelina is located in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive residential area, one mile south of the center of town. Overlooking the bay, this mexican colonial style villa is ideal for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms all with king sized beds (one bedroom can be made into two twins) each opening onto a large terrace with a tiled pool, 4.5 bathrooms, Palapa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar. The house has marble and tile floors troughthout and full time professional staff that provides cleaning and cooking services.

The house has total living space of 5,000 (square feet 3,000 interior and 2,000 exterior), and is located 150 yards from the beach.

The Luna de Meil bedroom is located on the pool level of the house with views
of the terrace area and pool. The king bed can be made into two twin beds.

The Living Room is open to the terrace and pool areas on the lower level
of the house and has a TV with English cable service.

The El Presidente bedroom is the master suite located on the upper levelof the house,
over the cantina bar area.

The Dining Room seats 8 people comfortably and is located on the middle level
of the house next to the kitchen, above the the living room.

The El Bandito bedroom is located on the upper level of the house and has a seperate
access from the front of the house and an ocean view.

The El Gato bedroom is located on the pool level of the house
and has views of the terrace and pool.
