The villa’s stunning colonial architecture seamlessly encompasses both outdoor and indoor living areas. Thirteen rooms on four levels include five beautifully appointed bedrooms with private baths, multiple terraces and an ideal environment in which to relax and recharge.
Spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas are showcased from every room.
Among the many architectural details which distinguish the villa are brick domes, high beamed ceilings, stone columns, four fountains and two weeping walls. A dramatic winding staircase connects the levels and provides a breathtaking focal point.
The gracious interior spaces are furnished in the colonial style with one-of-a-kind pieces designed and commissioned by the owners specifically for Casa Dos Cisnes. Wrought iron chandeliers, antique furniture and colonial-era art are among the many interior design details discriminating guests will appreciate.

Location

Located in the exclusive Conchas China neighborhood of Puerta Vallarta, Casa Dos Cisnes’ hillside location offers spectacular views of the Bay of Bandera. Gated and secure, the villa is only five minutes from the attractions of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, but a world away. For beach lovers, the villa is minutes from the La Palapa Beach club, where guests receive VIP access and exclusive privileges.

Cuisine

One of the most distinguishing characteristics of Casa Dos Cisnes is the incomparable cuisine of our private chef. The chef prepares three sumptuous meals per day, seven days a week. Guests can select from an extensive menu or have the chef custom create meals to suit the occasion and take advantage of the freshest market ingredients.
For only the cost of the raw ingredients, guests can dine in splendor and enjoy meals designed specifically to their taste and lifestyle.
Fine wines and outstanding liquors are also available to guests of the villa at advantageous wholesale prices.
The elegant dining room allows you to entertain up to 12 in sumptuous style in the dining room, or enjoy an intimate dinner on one of the villa’s many terraces.

Amenities

From high-speed wireless internet to a full-time staff of three attending to your every need, no detail has been overlooked. Enjoy cocktails by the heated infinity pool, relax by one of our gas fireplaces, or enjoy one of two Bose Lifestyle Home Theatre systems, which provide music throughout the public areas of the villa.
Preparation of three gourmet meals a day is one of the amenities which distinguishes Casa Dos Cisnes from other luxury homes in the area.
The heated infinity pool with cantera stone sunbathing terrace is one of Casa Dos Cisnes’ many highlights. A spectacular pool bar and grill adjacent to the infinity pool is the newest addition to the villa, and includes a poolside bar/lounge with refrigerator, ice machine, grill, and 52” TV.
A fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, large media/entertainment room, Satellite TV with US programming and monitored security system are also among the numerous amenities.
For guests comfort and enjoyment, all bedrooms feature top quality 300 thread count Egyptian cotton linens and are air conditioned with ceiling fans. A state-of-the-art water purification system serves the entire house, Vonage phone services provides free calls to the US and Canada, and an attached 2-car garage provides secure, off-street parking.
Most importantly, our bilingual full-time house staff are at your service seven days a week (excluding holidays), eager to ensure that your stay is relaxing, memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return. There were a total of nine of us (two families) and Casa Dos Cisnes allowed us to enjoy each others company, play games and eat together in comfort. When we needed some down time the bedroom suites provided us with plenty of privacy to nap, read or just enjoy the sounds around us. The staff was amazing. Omar is a very talented chef. He was very accommodating to our food requests and made some delicious gourmet meals. His oatmeal was enjoyed by everyone, even those who didn’t like oatmeal. Elvira and Viktor were the silent behind the scenes team that made sure the house was always spotless; clean towels were always at the ready and that water and drinks were available at a moment’s notice. The number of stairs that each member of the staff climbed everyday on our behalf was impressive and greatly appreciated. The three of them were so accommodating that we are all sad to leave then behind. You have a wonderful house and incredible staff and we are glad you shared it with those lucky to rent it. Angeles was most attentive as well as Michelle from helping with reservations and excursions, she was a pleasure to work with as well. Muchas Gracias

A gorgeous home, setting, and weather! The house has a dedicated staff who seek to meet guests needs. Elvira is amazing with keeping everything so clean and smelling so good, you never see her but you know she has been there. Rodrigo is always willing to do what ever the guest may need and brings it to us before we even ask. Omar is amazing in the kitchen with the food preparation and presentation is wonderful, not to mention the taste. The home is a stunning place to spend time in Puerto Vallarta.
