Two hundred yards away is a nice little beach that is usually deserted. The beautiful Mismaloya Beach is also only half a mile away and is a great place to swim, eat on the beach and relax. The "Night of the Iguana" movie set and La Jolla de Mismaloya Resort and Spa are also at Mismaloya Beach, one of the most enchanting spots in all of Mexico. Numerous other beaches, all within 15 minutes, dot the popular shoreline and are easily reached by car or taxi from the villa. In addition, the villa has its platform beach with palm trees adjacent to the pool. |
| Design - the contemporary Mediterranean style villa was designed by a very talented group of Mexican architects and designers, Juan Collignon and Associates. | Bedrooms: the 4 bedrooms with baths comfortably sleep eight. The magnificent master bedroom/penthouse covers the entire top floor and boasts a separate palapa for dining / entertaining, a bar and hammock, a sitting room, terracem Jacuzzi, marble bathroom, all with panoramic ocean views. The other two spacious guest bedrooms also have private baths and terraces woth ocean views. The bathrooms in these bedrooms also have showers overlooking the surf below. Living / dining / terrace and pool - include floors of elegant white marble, comfortable oversized couches, high ceilings and skylights, stereo and bar. Large glass doors, usually left open, lead to a large sunny and partly covered terrace, a heated infinity pool that is spectacularly perched over the surf below, the platform beach and an outdoor dining area and bar. |
Decoration - The owner's wife, Marilú, has tastefully decorated the villa with distinctive Mexican furniture, colorful accessories and unique handicrafts, the result if many years of living in México.

| A cook and houseman have their own separate
quarters. They are there to pamper the guests
with their magic. A very efficient manager also visits the villa every
day with the daily newspaper, to answer questions or arrange for special
events.
