Casa Carole is a luxury 5-bedroom, private villa, located right on the beach in the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area, 5 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Our clients tell us, "It's the best value on the beach in Vallarta." The villa's 6,500 square feet, on four levels, cascade down the hillside between the coast road and the ocean below. There is direct access to a secluded sandy beach with great snorkeling.

Casa Carole is a classical Mexican colonial villa with large windows and doors open to the sea breezes and elegant décor throughout, plus A/C in the bedrooms. The outstanding staff of 5; chef, houseman, maid, pool person & gardener get rave reviews for our guests. There is FREE high-speed internet access with WiFi coverage throughout most of the villa.

The spacious living room is on two levels with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and balcony. It features traditional Mexican colonial décor throughout with hand carved furniture.

Heated Infinity Pool
Enjoy our full size, 12 x 25 foot, heated infinity pool with attached giant Jacuzzi spa and fountain. The pool is 9 feet deep, with a unique ledge along the inside of the outside wall, 4 feet below the water, from which you can watch the porpoises play in the morning, or savor the sunset with a drink in your hand.

The Pool Deck
The expansive 1,500 sq. ft. Pool Deck with its palapa- covered bar, equipped with a sink, refrigerator, gas BBQ, deck chairs and cushions is ideal for entertaining, drinks at 4, dining or watching the whales and porpoises.

We recently visited Casa Carole for a week long, family, 60th Birthday celebration for my mother. A TRUE vacation for all! The staff, foremost, made the experience a true experience. The food was fresh, simply prepared & delicious. The variety was also amazing & we had no desire to eat anywhere other than at home. Samuel, Maria & Carmen are so hospitable & served our EVERY need.....from arranging massage therapists, snorkeling trips, shopping locations, cocktails poolside & birthday cakes to laundry! The house is beautifully decorated, updated & clean. We were fortunate to observe whales & dolphins every day of the trip. The house's location is also wonderful.....being only a few minutes from city center. It worked perfectly for the 5 families & 4 small children. It's worth noting that we all felt safe during our entire travels & stay in PV.
