Casa Coco ("House of Coconuts") derives its name from the gorgeous large coconut palms which surround the property. This luxurious four bedroom, four bath villa accommodates eight guests and can be your "home away from home" during your vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Conveniently located within Puerto Vallarta's city limits. Three of the area's best restaurants are less than a three minute walk. The cities premier beaches and shopping are only a moderate walk or short cab-ride away. The villa and its grounds offer panoramic and magnificent views overlooking the expanses of Banderas Bay and the city with its landmark cathedral, Our Lady of Guadalupe, with its famous crown steeple.

Staff and Amenities

Casa Coco has a spacious, open air atmosphere. The four bedrooms, two spacious master suites and two standard bedrooms, are separated from each other allowing multiple couples to share the facilities while maintaining their individual privacy. All bedrooms have private baths.

The staff of three will attend to your every need. Fidel, your houseman, supervises the rest of the staff and will meet you on arrival and acquaint you with the villa's amenities. He speaks excellent English and can provide insight into local restaurants, shopping and attractions. Carmen, your housekeeper, provides complete maid service six times weekly. You groundskeeper, Felippe, maintains the patio, gardens and pool area daily (excepting Sunday).
Your own private cook can be optionally arranged.

The villa's collection of art make it a mini-gallery. The blended use of masonry, stonework and native floor and ceiling tiles create an architectural masterpiece. The surrounding grounds and gardens make it a real tropical paradise. The large private swimming pool with its surrounding patio, old Moorish fountain, bar and shady "palapa" (large palm thatched umbrella) will be the focal point of entertainment and relaxation.

The furnishings and decor reflect the true Mexican flavor in an elegant setting. Each bedroom has individually controlled refrigerated air conditioning and all rooms and patios feature ceiling fans. The home has a washer/dryer, three multilingual cable televisions, two VCRs and a stereo system.

The recently remodeled kitchen provides all modern conveniences including range, oven, microwave and purified water system plus china, flatware, glassware and other necessities. The views through the large arched brick portal and overall ambience of the area help make it a comfortable spot for meal preparation and other tasks.
