HOME OF THE DOLPHINS (Casa de los Delfines) is situated directly on the ocean overlooking the Malecon in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Located just 2 blocks from the main plaza, it is within walking distance to virtually every shop, restaurant and attraction that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

THE DOLPHINS DELIGHT in swimming directly in front of my terraza every day (hence the name "Home of the Dolphins"). The view from the terraza is fabulous - to the south you can see all the way down the coast to Cabo Corrientes, and to the north you can see the northernmost point of Banderas Bay, Punta Mita. Early every morning you can watch the local oyster divers collecting their day's catch on the reef that lies in the crystal blue waters in front of my home. The abundance of sea life in Banderas Bay also provides great snorkeling and swimming in this area.

THE MAIN TERRACE is the perfect place to spend mornings drinking coffee while watching the oyster divers work, while overhead the seabirds hunt for their morning meal. In the evenings, the splashing of the koi carp in my colorful waterfall fountain will add to your delight as you enjoy Puerto Vallarta's truly amazing sunsets while sitting around the handmade dining table on the covered balcony with its 180 degree view of the bay. From here you can also see the Spanish galleon "Marigalante", which passes about 500 feet away from the balcony and puts on a fantastic fireworks display almost every night.

CASA DE LOS DELFINES is perfect for parties of up to 4 people, and is completely air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have incredible ocean views and cable TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have private luxurious baths, which are custom designed in handcrafted marble.

THE SWIMMING POOL is located on the roof of the building, just one floor above the condo. The water is always warm and the view from the pool is unforgettable. This condominium building has the only underground parking in the city center, so parking is secure and the building has 24 hour security personnel to serve you. All you have to do is bring your smile and a swimsuit to have a great time!

I HAVE A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT with the owner of the nearby NO NAME CAFE - one of the most popular restaurants here in Vallarta - for you to receive a 25% discount on all of your meals there, and believe me, the barbecued ribs are the BEST in town.

ONE LAST SPECIAL... I have also made special arrangements with a wonderful man who owns one of the FASTEST fishing boats in all of Puerto Vallarta, and when you mention my name you will receive the SPECIAL rates that are reserved for the local folks like me. He also owns a wonderful restaurant called the SANDBAR, which is right on the beach, and when you fish with him, he will cook your catch and serve you like a king. I have also arranged for you to have a 15% discount on all of your meals there.
