Casa Salinas II is a new deluxe villa, located on a quiet, private, sandy beach (near the Camino Real Hotel), and next door to Casa Salinas. The ocean views are spectacular and an ideal setting for relaxed and elegant entertaining.

Beautifully furnished, this 8,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is right on a private sandy beach on the South Shore of Banderas Bay two miles south of town. The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms en-suite that will sleep 8 are restful retreats with terraces overlooking the ocean. The 2 garden casitas sleep 2 guests each. The rate includes the houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week. An English-speaking manager oversees the staff. Optional 3 meals per day are offered; breakfast, a light lunch and dinner. Enjoy playing on the beach, having a BBQ or candlelight dinner. Swim or snorkel in the ocean. Charter our boat for a day of fishing, scuba, snorkel or sightseeing. Reservation Policy:
· There is a minimum stay of 7 nights
· Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit, due within 7 days of booking, and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
