Quietly nestled on the famed Punta Mita Peninsula, Villa Koi is located within a gated community with round-the-clock security. It is a mere 35 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport and is less than a 10 minute drive from the prestigious Four Seasons and St. Regis resort & spa complex. At Villa Koi you will receive world class service by an English speaking staff including a house manager and top notch chef who reside in a staff casita on the villa estate. The staff is available to serve your every need beginning with airport pick-up in a private van, preparation of up to two meals per day, beverage service, and daily housekeeping. The Villa's common areas consist of an upper thatched roof open air living room with abundant plush seating, a lower level open air pergola sitting room (cocktails at sunset anyone…..?), a state of the art media room, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a secondary kitchen and three separate dining areas. The main dining room with open air seating for 12 – 14 overlooks the infinity pool and and the azure waters of Banderas Bay ocean beyond on one side and the large Koi pond on the other. For a more intimate dining experience, an open air pergola provides seating for 4 to 5. The lower level thatched roof dining pavilion seating 8 is located next to the lower sunset terrace sitting room. The dining pavilion is served from a secondary lower level kitchen. The kitchen, usable by all guests, is equipped with a wine cellar, a built-in Miele Espresso maker, a commercial Wolf cook top, side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, warming drawer, micro-wave/convection oven, an ice-maker, two pantries. The kitchen is flanked by a bar on one side and on the other by a laundry room equipped with two sets of washer/dryers and a patio with a high powered Viking BBQ grill. A state of the art media room is equipped with a 73” HDTV, Satellite TV, surround sound, a library of (stored) DVDs, CD, DVD and Blueray disc players, a Sonos sound system with remote controls allowing access to a library of stored music, satellite or local radio, CD player or your own I-Pod from any of the common areas, both upper and lower. Nearby Attraction A great variety of activities are offered throughout the Puerto Vallarta area, including surfing, snorkeling, Deep Sea Fishing, as well as Yachts for rent or charter. You can also take advantage of Puerto Vallarta's seven world-class golf courses.
