neck, shoulders & back. You may choose upperback, neck &
shoulders or lower back, legs and feet.
Aromatherapy
Massage: (50 min.)
Aromatherapy is the use or natural, aromatic plant oil in the
pursuit of emotional, physical and aesthetical well-being. The
use of these oils in massage combines the senses of smell and
touch to ease both physical and mental tension. This type of
massage is based on the Swedish model using kneading, long smooth
gliding strokes and other techniques to loosen tense muscles,
reduce stress and improve circulation and mobility. This treatment
is ideal to soothe the body and mind.
Aromatherapy Therapeutic: (80 min.)
Relax with a deep pressure massage with natural aromatherapy
oils. Various techniques are used such as acupressure, reflexology
and polarization to achieve a deep therapeutic effect.
Accupressure Therapeutic: (80 min.)
An ancient Japanese technique using finger pressure massage to
stimulate energy pathways and reduce stress. Our therapists apply
compression on important energy meridians to stimulate the body's
natural self curative abilities to reestablish the energy flow
for both body & mind.
Reflexology: (50 min.)
Incredible foot massage based on the principle of reflex points
that correspond to body organs. By working on these reflexes,
tension is reduced all over the body. This ancient technique
balances and tones internal organs and promotes overall well-being.
Anti - Cellulite Lymphatic Drainage: (80 min.)
Soft & light massage that allows the elimination of toxins
by draining the lymphatic tissues. Helps to activate the correct
cellular metabolism with the aid of a special anti-cellulite
cream and ampule. Lymph glands act as the filter system for the
body's cells. The Lymphatic system cleanses out inorganic toxins,
cell wastes, excess water, micro-organisms and other components.
Alpha - Massage: (80 min.)
A hightech massage utilizing the computerized alpha sleep induction
in the forehead as the body revitalizes and restores through
a reflexology treatment followed by head, neck and scalp massage.
